Getting your test results

If your test results are normal you should not expect to be contacted by the practice. On occasion a clinician may need to contact you to discuss if further action is necessary.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

Confidentiality is extremely important both for patients and surgery staff. We do our utmost to maintain the highest possible standards of confidentiality. Patients aged 16 years and over should ring for their own results as we are unable to give them out to a third party.

We would kindly request that you do not ask our receptionists for print outs of your blood test results – this service is no longer available.
