To request an appointment at the practice, please submit an online consultation through Engage Consult and select “Request an Appointment”.

To contact the practice regarding a non-clinical question, request a repeat prescription, make an administrative query, to ask our reception a question, or any other request, please submit an online consultation through Engage Consult and select “Contact the Practice”.

If you are unable to complete a request through Engage Consult, please call our patient services team who may be able to help you or complete a form on your behalf. You can contact our team on 01993 702911.

How to make a routine appointment

To make a routine appointment (e.g., blood test, blood pressure checks, cervical screening, family planning and sexual health advice, vaccinations, dressing changes, and more), please call our reception team or make an appointment through your NHS App or Patient Access. You can contact our team on 01993 702911.

We want to make sure that you get the best care we can provide. When making appointments our Patient Services Team will ask you for a reason for your call in order to direct you to the relevant clinician. Please note our Patient Services Team are fully trained to ask you these questions and are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as our clinicians. Please help them to help you by providing this information.

For non-urgent matters it is important that we offer continuity of care, therefore please book with your own doctor. The wait for a routine appointment may be up to three weeks however if your doctor is on leave please allow for this when booking.
