We are listening to the feedback you have been giving us and this is what we are doing…

• You have been telling us that you have had lots of appointments cancelled and re-arranged.
• We acknowledge this has been an issue this year with certain clinics and apologise for the inconvenience caused when we cancel your appointment. One member of our nursing team has had to take time out of the practice which has meant that Diabetic clinics have been particularly affected. We have recruited to add support and the new nurse will begin training this year.
