“I have been using this surgery for many years. My doctors and all of your staff have always been helpful and respectful, thank you.”
“I phoned this morning at 8:35am really needing to see either a doctor, or the nurse practitioner. And I am here for a 10:00am appointment. I just wanted to say a big thank you to this practice as I have never been refused an appointment when I really felt I needed to check with someone.”
In the main the comments that we receive are positive and we are always disappointed to receive negative feedback as we aim to provide an excellent service all of the time.

We are looking at ways in which to improve this situation during a very turbulent time for General Practice. Please remember to cancel any unwanted appointments in a timely manner to maximise patient access to clinicians. Thank you.
