In the main the comments that we receive are positive and we are always disappointed to receive negative feedback as we aim to provide an excellent service all of the time.

You have been telling us that you were unable to find out where to collect specimen bottles from. Specimen collection bottles should be picked up from Reception to ensure that the correct bottle is taken. Most specimen bottle collections are accompanied by laboratory forms containing patient data so it would be inappropriate for these to be kept anywhere other than at the Reception desk. If you have any questions or queries while visiting the practice our Patient Services Team are happy to assist you.
