Are you having issues using Engage Consult or the NHS App? Can’t find where the password reset email has gone? Feeling overwhelmed with completing the online questionnaires?

 

Help is available with our new partnership with Witney Library!

 

We have partnered with Witney Library to help our patients who are having any tech issues related to using our online services. Our friendly Patient Participation Group volunteers will be on hand to assist where they can and redirect you to our practice staff if needed.

 

The first dates for these sessions are as follows:

  • Tuesday November 12th
  • Tuesday December 10th
  • Tuesday January 7th

Our future sessions will be held on the second Tuesday of every month, and these sessions are only available to patients of the Windrush Medical Practice. 

Please speak to Witney Library in person or call 01993 703659 to book a half-hour appointment with a member of the team. We ask that you book an appointment with the library to ensure that there is a digital volunteer available to help. Appointments can only be made by speaking with Witney Library – do not phone the Windrush Medical Practice as we cannot book this for you.

Please bring your devices (laptops, tablets, phones etc) to your appointment so we can show you on your own devices how to access the Windrush Medical Practice’s online services.

Did you know that the library also hold other digital support sessions throughout the week? These sessions run on Monday, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and offer support to anyone who may need some help using the internet, submitting a job application, creating an email account, or any other computer skill.
