How to register with us
We accept new and returning patient registrations through NHS online. Alternatively, paper copies of the forms are available from our front reception on level 1.
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
Please allow 14 days for your application to be processed. All new patients should make sure they have at least one months’ supply of regular medications from their current practice before registering with us.
